Wordpress plugins are genius. They are lovely little scripts that make your life so much easier and help you get the most out of your blog. I thought it was about time to give my readers links to some very useful ones. I have discovered a lot of these on the web and linked them here so you don’t have to go searching. Enjoy. :smile:

Brian’s Threaded Comments

Show Top Commentators

Give something nice to your readers by using this plugin. If they comment you can show a list of top commentators. It provides a nice link to their website, and it spurs them to have more discussion.

An AJAX rating system that allows readers to rate your posts, this will help you understand what posts people are enjoying. Another widget that comes with this allows you to display your most popular posts in your sidebar giving direct access to the posts your readers love. Stop spam in its tracks, with a recent update it aims to stop your blog from recieving automated comment spam from bots.

WP Grins

Easily allow your readers and you to add smilies by just clicking on it, no need to remember the syntax for it, just click and it will show.
